SESTAVINE

2 skodelici oprane in v papirnati brisači osušene baby špinače

1/2 žličke olivnega olja

himalajska sol po okusu

PRIPRAVA

Pečico segrejemo na 160°C. Na pekač položimo oprano in v papirnati brisači osušeno špinačo, ki smo jo pokapali z olivnim oljem ter potresli s soljo.

Pečemo 10 minut, da se listi posušijo in potemnijo. Listi se bodo zelo skrčili, ker bo izhlapelo veliko vode. Po pečenju, liste pustimo stati 5 minut preden jih pojemo.

Podobno lahko naredimo s kodrolistnim ohrovtom, le da tega malo dlje pečemo v pečici.
