Čokoladna pita brez glutena

Sestavine:

200 gramov črne čokolade brez glutena (jaz uporabljam Manner)

150 g masla

100 g sladkorja (jaz uporabljam rjavi ali pa kokosov sladkor)

1 vanilijev sladkor ali 1 čajna žlička vanilijevega extrakta

2 žlici kokosove moke brez glutena (lahko uporabite tudi drugo moko brez glutena)

6 jajc

2 žlici ruma

Čokolado stopimo v parni kopeli in vmešamo na koščke narezano maslo.  Beljake stepemo v sneg. Posebej stepemo rumenjake, sladkor in rum. Masi z rumenjaki dodamo rahlo ohlajeno stopljeno čokolado z maslom in nato še sneg beljakov, ki ga res na rahlo vpotegnemo, da ohranimo puhasto strukturo.

Pečemo 25-30 minut na 180 stopinj C.

Pečeno lahko prelijemo še s stopljeno čokolado, ali pa serviramo z malinami, smetano….
